By accessing and using SRExpert ("the Platform"), operated by Privum Lda, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SRExpert is a Kubernetes monitoring and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform that provides:

1. Multi-cluster Kubernetes workload management and monitoring
2. Security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance reporting
3. AI-powered operations assistance and troubleshooting
4. Alerting, notification, and incident management capabilities
5. Integration with third-party services (Slack, Email, Webhooks, etc.)

3. Account Registration

1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

1. SRExpert offers various subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) with different features and limitations.
2. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
3. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase as per our money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
5. Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data and Security

1. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform.
2. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
3. You are responsible for the security of your Kubernetes clusters and the credentials you provide to connect them.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation, remain the property of Privum Lda. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
